Each year the Sakifo Festival ends early in the morning just by our Reunion Island shop in Terre Sainte, with a ritual “Risofé” : a fried rice (in creole) that workers and fishermen used to eat for breakfast. Perfect weather,nice tropical winter lights, for a cool after party morning landing!
